1. Hygiene & Safety Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for the health and safety of all our customers, Velvet Fluxe does not accept returns or exchanges on any lingerie, hosiery, or intimate apparel once the original packaging has been opened or the hygiene seal has been tampered with. We take great pride in ensuring that every piece you receive is brand new, pristine, and has never been worn by anyone else.
2. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following specific conditions:
Unopened & Unworn: The item must be in its original, unopened packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
Timeline: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
Condition: The item must be free from any scents (perfume, smoke, etc.) or marks
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)
- Due to strict health and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on: Lingerie / Panties / Briefs / Thongs / Shapewear Bottoms– not in their original condition, or with components missing (such as detachable pendants, straps, harnesses or chains).
Please note: Lingerie is considered an intimate item, therefore, if any items are soiled (make-up, fake tan, deodorant or personal stains), we will deem these as unacceptable for return and will post these items back to you. - Hosiery– where one or both hygiene seals have been opened.
- Bondage items – not in their original condition, or with components missing (such as handcuff links or collar chain).
- Items marked as Final Sale:Final Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. This exclusion will be noted on the product page and/or at checkout. All gift cards are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded for monetary value.
- Duties & Taxes as well as any associated shipping costs. These cannot be refunded once your order is sent. Duties and VAT are collected on behalf of the Governmen therefore it is the Government who would give a refund, if applicable.
- Shipping Costs are Non-Refundable: The original shipping fee paid at checkout is non-refundable.
Spend & Save
Refunds or credit notes will be issued for the discounted price paid, NOT the original ticket price. The discounted price is shown on your receipt/order confirmation.
3. Defective or wrong items
Quality is our signature. If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we sincerely apologize.
- Please email us at info@velvetfluxe.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your Order Number and clear photos of the defect or the incorrect item.
- We will provide a pre-paid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.
4. Sizing issues
As intimate apparel cannot be returned for fit issues once tried on, we strongly encourage you to consult our [Sizing Guide] or contact our Client Service team for expert advice before finalizing your purchase. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for the most comfortable and flattering fit.
5. refund process
After your exchange/refund has been processed, you will receive an email as confirmation. Once your eligible return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
6. how to start a return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team first at info@velvetfluxe.com. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return. Do not send items back to the original shipping address without contacting us first.
15-Day Return Window (U.S. Only)
At this time, return and exchange requests are only accepted for orders shipped to the United States. Requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order. (For international orders outside the U.S., all sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrect.)
Keep the details of your tracking number so you can see when it arrives back to us. Once it has arrived, your return will be processed within 14 business days, provided that the items meet the conditions of the Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Please allow additional processing time over sale and holiday periods.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (defective/wrong item), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
