1. Discreet Packaging

At Velvet Fluxe, your privacy is our utmost priority. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet exterior packaging with no mention of "lingerie" or "Velvet Fluxe" on the outer label.

2. Shipping Destinations & Times

We proudly offer worldwide shipping. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

• United States: 5–8 business days.
• Europe / UK: 6–10 business days.
• Canada / Australia: 6–10 business days.
• Rest of the World: 10–15 business days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

• Standard Shipping: $6.90 (flat rate for orders under $79).
• Free Shipping: We offer complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders of $79 USD or more. Free shipping applies to post-discount totals of $79 USD or more.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to our tracking portal. You can also track your package directly on our Track Order page.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• Not Collected at Checkout: Please be aware that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost.
• Customer Responsibility: These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our Client Service team at info@velvetfluxe.com within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue for you.
